ONE-HOUR PHOTO OPEN EXHIBITION
WHO CAN ENTER
• The exhibition is open to everyone who creates art works. All photographic / mediums will be considered
• Work sold by gallery representation carries a 35% commission.
HOW TO ENTER (in 4 easy steps)
Step 1 Eligibility and entry.
You will need to read these documents
• Terms & conditions (this document)
• Entry form (download from www.pittstudio.com)
Step 2 Your work.
Some general points:
• All photographs, prints and works on paper must be framed with fastenings- either mirror plates, wire/cord.
• All photos on canvas must be supplied with fastenings - either mirror plates or wire / cord.
• Maximum size - 500 X 500 mm
• All photographic mediums considered.

You as the artist are responsible for the insurance of your work, The Pitt Studio & Gallery, the proprietor and
owner accepts no responsibility for stolen, damaged, lost works of art throughout the duration of the show,
this includes whilst work is in transit, during hanging or on display.
NOTE: Please ensure your work is labeled on the back and clear, matching your details on entry form.
Step 3 Payment.
£5.00 per artifact - administration fee - non returnable.
Please include payment stapled to your entry form. The cost is £5.00 Sterling per entry
Payment is accepted only as follows:
• Sterling cheques drawn on UK banks and made payable to The Pitt Studio.
• Payment in cash or cheque can be made in person at the gallery (see opening times)
Do not send cash via the post under any circumstances.
Step 4 Handing in dates or sending in your art work by post;
Handing in on Mondays am - before 1.00 - Saturdays - Fridays other times by appointment - phone 01905 616660 or post your submission to: The Pitt Studio, 62 Chestnut Walk, Worcester, U.K WR1 1PR.
The Pitt Studio & Gallery can not be held responsible for damage, loss or theft of art work in the post.
Work will not be looked at upon handing in works should be sealed in protective coverings and labeled clearly.
The Pitt Studio & Gallery will not return works by post, unless by prior agreement, contact 01905 616660.
The final deadline for selection is 22nd October by 12 noon GMT. No entries received after this date will be
accepted into the show. The selection; acceptance or non-acceptance of art work by The Pitt Studio & Gallery selection panel is final and no correspondence, communication will be entered into.
Checklist, have you done the following?
• Completed and signed your entry form understanding all the terms & conditions.
• Included full payment for your artifacts.
You must ensure all forms are stapled together with any payment details attached or filled in where appropriate. If you are sending multiple payments (i.e. individual cheques from students) please ensure it is clear which payment relates to which student, write the student name on reverse of cheque. Following these simple guidelines will greatly reduce any risk of entries not being accepted.
COLLECTING WORK
Exhibition work will be available for collection on Monday 12th November 2007 9.30am - 1.00pm other times by appointment. Work not accepted into exhibition Wed 24th October 2007 after 3.00pm other times by appointment.
